Carol McLellan, CST-D, CPO-D, has a 35-year background in holistic health education, Childbirth education and body therapy. She is a sought after CranioSacral Therapy instructor for The Upledger Institute International, teaching both nationally and internationally across 5 continents. Carol was invited by cutting edge medical scientist and holistic innovator Dr. John Upledger to develop the curriculum for CranioSacral Therapy for Conception, Pregnancy, and Birth.
She is passionate about conducting new research and the medical discoveries that can be made with CranioSacral Therapy. Carol facilitated two intensives for Warrior Stress at Lemoore Naval Air Station in California. She introduced and taught CranioSacral Therapy at Lemoore Naval Hospital to great success. She has helped facilitate the Bio Aquatic Discoveries for Pediatrics in Turkey. Last January, She was in Italy working with doctors in the NICU using CST to help preemies.
She is trained as a Doula, a Doula and a Childbirth educator, and has taught at the American College of Midwives National conference. She has been a keynote speaker at the multiple Beyond the Dura Research Conferences. She spent a number of years working and teaching at both hospital and medical offices for a group of OB-gyns. She currently is on the board of the American CranioSacral Therapy Association held with task of ensuring the integrity of the work for decades of beautiful healing to come.
Carol’s mission is to help all babies have a peaceful birth through which we may create a more peaceful earth. She teaches with a unique blend of accessible humor and master healer wisdom. When not spreading CST across the world, Carol is most likely on an adventure with her loving family and friends. She is now trying to sit still for a moment in order that she may finally finish her books.
