Where to begin?

Do I have what is takes to begin immediately?

I am a Health Care professional and I have the licence to practice my profession
The Upledger Institute has designed the seminars as postgraduate specialization training. The majority of the students that attend these seminars already have a degree in another specialty, they have received the code of conduct and the license to practice from that specialty.

Usually, that includes studies such as Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Dentistry, Therapeutic Massage, Rolfing, Reflexology, Acupuncture and plethora of other specialties.

First, you need to have a state recognized degree with courses on anatomy and physiology, the license to practice your profession, and then add CranioSacral Therapy to your practices.

Only in the above case, you are able to immediately begin the Basic Training.
I do not have any prior experience in the healthcare sector
You will need to get experience from a different source first. You are required have a state-recognized degree on a practice such as Therapeutic Massage, Physiotherapist Assistant or something similar, course certifications of Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology courses and also you need to have some experience as a Therapist working with people.
"It's like it is stuck on my mind and will not go away

Like I have made promise to myself.

And if I dare , if I try? ... even if I am frightened ... even if I don't feel enough..

What if I manage to silence myself and to ponder, to listen, to become

to feel, to know, to help?

Isn't it exciting?

I would achieve growth for me and those around me. "

I just want to develop skills so I can help my friends and family...
Some people attend these seminars for their own personal growth or to use their new knowledge on family members in a non-professional environment. If you are like these people, with no prior training and are not a Therapist we ask you to get in touch with us first. In which case, you might be interested in attending an Introductory CST first, since you have no prior training or simply what to see what fits you interest, before committing to the long journey of training. See what is included in the Introductory CST
I have some prior experience in the healthcare sector, but is it enough?
If you have some prior experience in the healthcare sector, but not a state-recognized degree, with course certifications on Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology or you haven't developed any palpation skills in your daily practice (e.g. you are a trainer or an instructor of yoga or pilates) you may choose to complete an Introductory CST. We strive to find the best solution for each of your needs.
